A building is only as solid as the pad under it. We cut, fill, and compact a level pad sized to your barn, garage, shop, or shed so your builder can start on stable, well-drained ground.
Site Preparation
Before construction starts, we strip topsoil, clear brush and debris, rough grade the site, and set the elevations your project needs so water runs away from the structure.
Stone Base & Access
We bring in and spread the stone base for your pad and can cut in a gravel access drive so trucks and equipment can reach the site in any weather.
Why the Pad Matters More Than the Building
A building can only be as square and dry as the pad it sits on. A pad that is out of level makes framing harder, a pad that is not compacted settles and cracks concrete, and a pad with no drainage plan keeps the floor wet. Getting the pad right is the cheapest insurance a building project has.
Before We Break Ground
Have your building dimensions and the planned door locations ready, and call Indiana 811 to have underground utilities marked before any digging. Knowing where trucks and equipment can enter the property also helps us plan the access drive and stone deliveries.
